The Hub makes me see exercise in a completely different light! Hated PE, hated the gym, would never stick to DVD workouts…… I’ve now consistently exercised 3x a week since May!!! And it’s not even something I dread doing its just part of my week. I don’t weigh myself or measure – I’m not exercising for those reasons anymore and I genuinely believe that is why I’ve stuck to it and continue to build it into my week! I’m so grateful to you for helping me enjoy moving my body! Thank you
