Hey,
I’m Jemma Thomas, a qualified Personal Trainer for over 10 years. My passion is helping people find a fun, accessible and sweaty workout they can fit in around their busy lives.
My main goal has always been to help others just move for their mental health, in whatever way they can, so they can see the amazing benefits that exercise brings. The magical ripple effect it can have on our lives.
I began Jemma’s Health Hub, in 2016 and it has grown into a hugely supportive community of strong women sharing stories, exercise tips and, of course, their sweaty selfies!
I’m a mum of two amazing boys – Jude and Buddy - so know exactly how tough it can be to fit in exercise while balancing work and family and that’s why our workouts can be done whenever, wherever you want.
