Getting into the swing of things with a new well-being and fitness routine can be really TOUGH, especially if you approach it alone.

For the past 8 years I’ve taught online classes consistently and been in the routine of regular exercise and I can say first hand that moving regularly is so transformative. It really does enhance every single other aspect of your life.

The most important thing I’ll do during the course is help you stay motivated to show up so your healthy habits will begin to stick. It’s not about what we actually ‘do’ in terms of exercise, It’s showing up consistently that will have the best results long term.

During the course, we’ll create a personal relationship and look at your lifestyle, then realistically see where your exercise can fit in.

You’ll have access to 3 x 45 min strength and conditioning workouts per week (Mon / Weds / Friday - filmed at 10am ) in a private coaching group, there are mini challenges to spur you on throughout the 4 weeks and I’ll help you to achieve any personal fitness goals that you may have.

I’ll check in with you each day via Whats app to see how you’re going. Daily motivational messages to push you through, and I’m always on hand if you need a boost.

One of the biggest barriers is feeling alone in our journey. This can feel daunting, a little confusing, and normally ends in us quitting and losing any consistency we’ve built up. You’ll be with up to 20 women per group so enough to get to know each othr ad to start to feel part of a lovely supportiuve community, with the added bonus

That’s why it’s so important to have someone on hand, when you need it to hold you accountable & to motivate you.

4 WEEK COACHING includes:

  • A 30 minute kick-off call with Jem.

  • 3 x 45 min workouts per week to follow along in our private coaching group (12 workouts in total)

  • Daily Access and Check-in’s via What’sApp

  • 4 downloadable accountability charts including mini challenges to push you further.

  • Weekly Sunday group zoom calls to help you along your way, calls will cover the following:

    • Week 1 - Kick-off week! Set the foundations, ease yourself in & a realistic look at lifestyle / current habits.

    • Week 2 - Breaking the barriers & building new sustainable habits. Exploring how fitness can make you feel daily, listening to the mind & body connection.

    • Week 3 - Mindful Eating (there’s no diet plans here!) - healthy tips on mindful eating & looking at how foods fuel the body.

    • Week 4 - Maintaining Motivation - Reviewing progress and celebrating your achievements and how you’ll go forward!

      Just £199 for 4 full weeks coaching.

      You’ll leave the 4 weeks with so many amazing tools to help you keep fitness in your life for good and carry on the amazing feeling it brings with it.

    You’ll need a mat, a set of dumbbells that feel challenging ( I used 5kg for many moves) and smaller hand weights approx 2kg.
