Jemma’s ethos
My main aim is to help others feel the amazing benefits that exercise can bring – the magical impact it can have on your whole life – both emotionally and physically.
There is no 'end goal..or end weight' because we're never done, we just exercising because it's part of life and routine, and has such AMAZING benefits.

Joining the Hub has helped me manage my anxiety and mental health issues without the use of the medication I was taking! It has helped me see that regular exercise can fit into my day and it has encouraged me to do even more than 3 times a week sometimes!

Just wanted to say being back in The Hub has been amazing! Best is waking up and having done my exercise by 7am BUT also having access for when I don’t make the 6.30am and doing a catch up when it suits me is brilliant. I feel 100% happier when I’ve exercised!! Your chatty lovely nature gets me through the workouts and takes my mind off the clock! Thank you so much !!

I became a member when lockdown started and I wanted to continue some form of exercise. Even though my gym has now reopened I still remain a member of the Hub. The friendship and support I get from other members of the group and from Jemma herself is something I value very much. The exercise itself makes me feel amazing and gives me a boost in both my physical and mental health. My life has changed for the better since joining the Hub, it was the best decision I ever made. X

The Hub makes me see exercise in a completely different light! Hated PE, hated the gym, would never stick to DVD workouts…… I’ve now consistently exercised 3x a week since May!!! And it’s not even something I dread doing its just part of my week. I don’t weigh myself or measure – I’m not exercising for those reasons anymore and I genuinely believe that is why I’ve stuck to it and continue to build it into my week! I’m so grateful to you for helping me enjoy moving my body! Thank you
